GESTALT THERAPY

Is rooted in humanistic psychology, emphasizing the significance of the therapeutic relationship. Founded by Laura and Fritz Perls along with Paul Goodman in the 1950s and 60s, it integrates Gestalt psychological theories with existential-phenomenological philosophy.

In this therapeutic process, both the therapist and client engage in a dynamic exchange, allowing for fresh experiences and healing.

As a therapist, I recognize the importance of addressing my own unfinished gestalts to foster a space for authentic connection growth.
